Radio Guerilla’s audiovisual licenses are officially up for grabs during an auction and the judicial administrator of Realitatea Media already posted an announcement related to that.
The auction doesn’t include Radio Guerilla brand, as the lawyer from the judicial administrator explained for Paginademedia.ro.

“To be able to participate to the auction, one needs to buy the auction’s documentation. A RON 500 fee plus TVA is paid in Realitatea Media’s account. The documentation for Monday auction should be bought until Friday the latest”
Is there a start price?
According to the lawyer, there isn’t a set start amount but the target is to get the maximum possible price.
Realitatea’s chopper and The Money Channel license, also auctioned
HM Expert, the judicial administrator, also tries to sell in auction Realitatea’s chopper and the license for the business TV The Money Channel.
The chopper was made in 2006, is “TYPE EC 135 P2/VFR S/N 455” and has video and audio equipments installed.
The same auction seeks to sell 99% of the company that handles Realitatea’s online activities – F5 Webcorp SRL.
According to judicial administrator’s announcements, the auction takes place every week, on Mondays and is open to physical and juridical personas that accept the auction rules.
