TVR could enter insolvency without political support. Recovery scenarios: TV tax to RON 8.5, plans for a TV guide, no more protocol with Agriculture Ministry

Stelian Tanase believes that TVR could surpass the difficulties by adopting a combined solution, as he stated for Mediafax, in an interview.

A few of the possible solutions are: modifying TV law, increase TV tax to RON 8.5, forgive the historic debts to avoid insolvency, but also a TV guide magazine project, to be handled by Radu Preda.

According to Tanase, TVR broke the protocol with Agriculture Ministry, made by Claudiu Saftoiu, former president general manager of Romanian state TV.
