Convergent Media, Gazeta Sporturilor publisher, took over the licences for 3 BBC magazines in Romania: BBC Top Gear, BBC Good Food and BBC Science.

Previously, the 3 magazines were published by MSG România, company part of Intact Media Group having as shareholders Serban Barbato (30%) and RC Media Company (owned by Camelia Voiculescu) – 70%
