TV commercials will cease to be scary; the sound – toned down to match the rest of the programs

TV programs sound must be the same, according to a CNA recommendation, with the commercial being toned down so their volume would be as loud as the rest of the TV programs and not to go higher than a certain limit.

The recommendation was made by Loudness, a commission of specialists that was put together especially for this project.

The recommendation applies to broadcasters and programs distributors that are subject to Romanian jurisdiction. Once the measure is implemented, broadcasters and services providers will notify CNA .
