Bucharest’s Appeal Court, which handled the demand to annul CNA’s decision on withdrawing OTV’s broadcasting licence, is still to pronounce on this matter and will decide, in a week, if it allows or not to the channel to broadcast again, Mediafax writes.
The instance judged the demand submitted on January 23rd by the lawyers from Fenechiu-Savu and Associates, that represent Ocram Televiziune (OTV owner).
Channel’s lawyers also submitted a demand on temporary suspension for CNA’s decision, until its annulment will become irrevocable. The demand was rejected by the instance on January 31 st.
