Senators from the Culture Committee proposed that companies that own money to the state budget to be able to demand audio-visual licences, and adopted in this sense an amendament to Emergency Ordinance 25/2013 for modifying the Audiovisual Law, Mediafax writes.
This proposal was added to the one that stated that it is mandatory for ones that demand licences to submit fiscal certificates to show that, at the moment they made their demand, that compant wasn’t in debt to the state budget.
