Radio Zu received a public warning for hidden advertising for Doncafe coffee and Maybelline cosmetics, while Kiss FM received a public warning for more farces made by Viorel Gaita in his section, Tembelefonul lui Gaita.
The hidden commercial at Radio Zu was made on April 8-9. The Doncafe masked commercial took the form of farces during which people were buying coffee from machines in North Train Station in Bucharest and received in exchange coffee beans. During April 8th, a radio host also advertized Maybelline, in a masked way, by thanking a friend for a present consisting in a mascara from the brand.
When it comes of Kiss FMm, the sanctioned farces happened on April 11 and 16.
The sanctions came following a monitoring of the radio morning shows broadcasted on April 1-30 by Radio Guerrilla, Kiss FM, Pro FM, Radio ZU and Radio 21.
