Romanian state news agency Agerpres relaunched its website, changed its logo and came up witn a new slogan – “Updating the world”.
The project was mainly handled by Romanian PR agency Public Advisors, as Alexandru Giboi, General Manager Agerpres, stated for Paginademedia.ro.
What does this change imply?
Alexandru Giboi: “We have a new website, but also apps for mobile, for Android and iOS.
Another novelty is a video production and take-over service, and also the possibility to make Live Streaming”.
Agerpres’ relaunch involved costs of around Euro 13,000 plus VAT.
Other details:
An online acquisition and payment system will be implemented for newsfeeds and photo feeds.
The new online platform will make possible integration with Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Youtube, that allow “social authentification, easy distribution for information of interest and commenting them live on social networks”.
Video interactive platform – will offer a number of ways to relay the information, such as video illustration, live streaming, video news feed. The platform will be constantly updated with video interviews, Agerpres documentaries and will be integrated with YouTube.
