Kiss FM, Magic FM and Rock FM will function on a separate company from Prima TV, as SBS Broadcasting Media SRL, the operator of the 3 radios, demanded CNA permission to cession the licenses to P7S1 Radio Holding SRL.
SBS Broadcasting also operates Prima TV and Kiss TV televisions. P7S1 Radio Holding SRL is a company launched in 2013 and has as owner also SBS Broadcasting.
Contacted by paginademedia.ro, Prima TV’s representatives declined to make any comments.
