Lucian Lipovan presented his resignation from the position of editor-in-chief at ProSport, Wednesday. As far as the rumors go, he did so after he was humiliated by Adrian Sarbu, Mediafax Group’s owner, during a meeting with entire company’s chief, FanatikShow writes.
Lipovan couldn’t be contacted in order to confirm the info.
Unhappy with ProSport’s evolution during the recent period, as the weak sales of print edition determined the closure of the printed version, Adrian Sarbu called in a private meeting with the management of the newspaper, before Christmas. During the meeting, he expressed his ire on the dezastrous situation that was created and told to Lucian Lipovan (editor in chief), Florin Caramavrov and Costin Stucan (deputy editors in chief) to read Ioan Chirila’s book, “The final is played today”.
