Justice obliges UPC to introduce Digi 24 in its programs schedule. A win for RCS

Bucharest Court made a decision that obliges UPS to introduce in its programs schedule igi 24, owned by its main market competitor, RCS-RDS.

Besides that, RCS officials said that forced to relay Digi24 were also the networks Digital Cable Systems and Romtelecom. Also, the justice made the same decision in NextGen’s case.
