Bucharest Court decided: Ghita’s TV unable to use, temporarily, RTV and We make the Reality brands

Romania TV isn’t allowed to use RTV brand and “We make Reality” slogan, according to a decision made by Bucharest Court.

The measure will apply until an irrevocable solution will be reached in another case in which Romania TV and Realitatea TV are facing for the RTV brand paternity.

The decision doesn’t say anything about Romania TV that appears in present in the TV station’s graphics.
